To request a consult, please call San Diego (858) 875-7500 or North County (760) 466-0600. If you prefer, simply download the referral form and fax in your request.

New Services:

VSH now offers referral image interpretation for radiology, CT and MR. Images can be mailed or sent via courier using the Image Interpretation Request form, available as a download to the right. Alternatively, images can be submitted digitally through DVMInsight. Please call our office (858) 875-7500 to speak to the Radiology department.

Veterinarians can also refer their patients for outpatient imaging, including ultrasound, MR, and CT (Please note that outpatient echocardiograms are not offered at this time). Imaging will be performed under the supervision of the Radiologist and cases will be returned to their primary veterinarian for further treatment and care.
