Brooke Bell

Brooke is a San Diego native who joined Veterinary Specialty Hospital five years ago and quickly developed a passion for client care, leadership, and building meaningful relationships. Over the past three years, she has served as the Client Care and Finance Supervisor, where she has gained experience supporting both the client experience and hospital operations while working closely with teams throughout the hospital. As her career at VSH has grown, so has her passion for creating connections and fostering collaboration.

Brooke holds a master's degree in organizational leadership and is a former collegiate volleyball player. Her background has shaped her belief in the importance of teamwork, communication, and building strong relationships. As the Referral Relationship Manager, Brooke is passionate about creating meaningful connections with referring veterinarians and community partners while helping ensure that clients and their fur babies feel supported, cared for, and connected throughout their journey with VSH. She looks forward to strengthening relationships within the veterinary community and fostering collaboration that ultimately helps provide an exceptional experience for every patient and their family.

Outside of work, Brooke enjoys attending sporting events, spending time at the beach, playing volleyball, and making memories with her family. She is also a proud dog mom to her bestest boy, Loki, who is a very special part of her life.
