Fun Facts: Blue is such a good sport when it comes to donating blood. He is always happy through the entire process, giving us tail wags throughout the blood donation process.

Saves: Blue’s blood impacted 11 patients this year. One patient received four units of plasma, all from Blue! Blue’s blood helped treat a little dog with protein-losing enteropathy, a syndrome in which the blood proteins are lost from the GI tract). Blue’s blood helped replace those proteins and sustain the patient, along with mediations and diet changes.
