Saves: Phoebe’s donations impacted 3 different cats this year! Rorschach, a 10 year old black and white cat, received a packed red blood cell transfusion made from one of Phoebe’s donations. When his blood pressure decreased during a surgical procedure, a transfusion was needed to help increase his blood pressure and replenish his red blood cell concentration. He was discharged from Veterinary Specialty Hospital after a few days of hospitalization and is now doing well at home.
